This Privacy Policy describes how Ledgerly Auto-Pin ("the App") handles information when publishing content to Pinterest. The App is a private, single-user automation tool operated by the owner of the Pinterest business account Ledgerly | Business Spreadsheet Templates. It is not offered to, and does not serve, any other users.
The App is operated by Ledgerly | Business Spreadsheet Templates. For any question about this policy, contact ldkhuong.kts@gmail.com.
Through the Pinterest API (v5), and only after the account owner authorizes the App via Pinterest's OAuth 2.0 flow, the App accesses:
The App requests these scopes only: boards:read, boards:write,
pins:read, pins:write.
The App does not store or cache Pinterest API data, in line with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines. Board information is fetched at runtime for each run and discarded. The content published (Pin images, titles, descriptions, and destination links) is the owner's own marketing content, maintained by the owner outside of Pinterest. Authentication credentials (a refresh token) are stored only as encrypted secrets in the App's runtime environment and are used solely to authenticate the owner's account when publishing.
Accessed data is used for one purpose only: to publish the owner's marketing Pins to the owner's own Pinterest boards on a schedule. No profiling, tracking, or analysis of any other person is performed.
The App does not sell, rent, or share any data obtained from the Pinterest API with any third party.
Because no Pinterest API data is retained, there is nothing to delete on that side. The stored refresh token can be revoked at any time by the account owner from Pinterest account settings, which immediately ends the App's access.
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the latest revision.
